Making a request

Use the dSAR form on this page or contact us at trust@ccuk.media. Please include your name, contact details, the right you wish to exercise and sufficient information to help identify the relevant records.

Limitations

Some rights are subject to legal exemptions or limitations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Identity verification

We may need to check your identity before we can help you. This helps keep your personal data safe from unauthorised access. We’ll only ask for the information we need to verify your identity when it’s reasonable and necessary.

What happens next

Requests are normally acknowledged within one week, with responses typically provided within one calendar month, subject to identity verification or lawful extensions where applicable.
